IT Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer

Overview As a member of the IT Solutions Development Team working on Salesforce, you will be joining a dynamic team of developers to build and support Fulton Bank's Salesforce platform in the following ways:
Developing and maintaining developments standards for low code and Apex. Acting as a subject matter expert regarding the full deployment of the Salesforce platform. Working with CRM resources on the migration of the CRM platform. Defining and implementing appropriate controls, governance and processes for Salesforce with key stakeholders. Building consensus among existing stakeholders, businesses, and IT resources. Executing the day-to-day development, configuration, support, maintenance and improvement projects as well as maintaining the health, and scalability of the platform. Assisting in training of new users and developers and promoting Salesforce platform and CRM. Effectively acting as the liaison between our users, vendors and solutions developers. Reducing the dependence on 3rd party developers for Salesforce expertise and building in-house Salesforce development capability. Serving as platform advocate by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features. Responsibilities Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's internally developed solution environment; including solutions developed in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, API integration environments. Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. Work closely with the IT Business Services Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Management, IT Engineering, System Administration and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty:
Information Systems, Engineering, or other technical field. (Required) Master Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty:

Experience:
7 or more years Application Development. (Required) 5 or more years of experience in a combination of:
Salesforce development, Low Code development, Apex development, Salesforce Release Management and Process Definition experience. (Required) 7 or more years experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibility in applications development. Successful implementations of web applications leveraging various Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, IIS, and SQL Server. Experience with Web 2.0, interfaces, and using tools like as jQuery. Estimating application development tasks given a set of requirements and assumptions. (Required) 7 or more years Database design and development experience using Microsoft SQL Server, DDL/DML, stored procedures, triggers, DTS or SSIS, and SQL Agent. Experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications. (Preferred) Certifications:
Salesforce.Com Certified Developer/Administrator. (Required)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
