Part-Time Realtor Executive Assistant I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join my real estate team as my part-time Executive Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing my day-to-day schedule the operations of our real estate business and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support Manage complex calendars, current projects, and various project needs.
Producing reports, market statistics, and briefs.
Handling requests and queries appropriately.
Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets.
Organize internal and external meetings.
Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned by Lead Agent which touch on a broad range of topics.
Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.
Act as the right hand to Lead Agent.
Prepare materials for meetings including planning, agenda preparation and keeping minutes.
Manage internal and external communications including email and phone correspondences.
Assist Lead Agent with prioritizing, strategizing and keeping focused on key tasks and projects.
Assist Lead Agent to maintain an organizational system to keep office space clean, tidy and organized.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Maintain team database for Lead Agent and Team.
Assist with marketing efforts, including the creation and distribution of marketing materials, coordinating open houses, and managing social media accounts.
Assist team with all aspects of growth and development This person will LOVE checklists and self-managed projects.
Assisting clients to ensure an extraordinary experience through closing and after.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2
years of experience in real estate administration or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate CRMs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Growth mindset Successful completion of a 30,60,90 plan This is a part-time position of 10-15 hours per week.
