As the Warehouse manager, you will have direct communication with the VP of Operations and the company CEO.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 10am to Close.
The manager is responsible for being the last one to leave after everything is done
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management and control.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintian the warehouse operations manual.
Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and productivity.
Collaborate with procurement team to procure necessary materials and supplies for warehouse operations.
Work with our systems including Shipstation, Channeladvisor, Excel, etc.
Coordinate dispatching of goods for timely delivery to customers.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experiance working as a manager and leading a team Have the ability to lead a team through encouragement, hard work, and tough conversations.
Experiance hiring staff, running performance reviews, and firing staff as needed.
Have the ability to keep yourself and others organized Have the ability to build clean processes that other can understand and hold other accountable to following those processes.
