Business Services Senior Analyst - E-Signature

Responsible for supporting the IT application services within the Business Application Management group. The role works with Business Relationship Managers and Business Service Managers to understand and deliver solutions that support strategic objectives. The role troubleshoots and solves issues, evaluates value of user change requests and assists in monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. The role also works with the foundational, end user service teams and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and applications.   As a condition of employment, individuals must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Financial Corporation currently or in the future. Responsibilities Accountable to coordinate solutions in their area of responsibility and across application domains between the business, vendors, foundational and end user service teams. Collaborates with business and technology partners to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design using appropriate tools and models from which applications and solutions are developed. Interacts with Business Relationship Managers, Business Service Managers, and or application architects to identify and evaluate the impact of new and upgraded technologies on the service. Accountable and responsible for support, new requirements configuration and problem resolution of various application service offerings. Participates in business, application process, and service improvement discussions to provide alternative solutions. Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications Performs business processes and data workflow mapping. Designs new business processes or modifies existing business processes utilizing various automation tools. Provides impact analysis of process and technical change requests to existing service. Analyzes impact of Information Technology environment changes and upgrades on the application services and coordinates testing and change management. Document risks and corrective action. Assists in the development and execution of test plans, and documents results as necessary. Focused on the delivery of the service's business outcomes and Key Performance Indicators, as identified in the Service Profiles, when determining work priorities. Champions, communicates, and takes employee ownership of the team's success criteria, and establishes measures, metrics, thresholds, and targets to drive performance in alignment with the group's business plan, and with Information Technology's Performance Measurement practices. Periodically serves dual role as project manager for smaller initiatives where deliverables are largely contained to one or two teams. Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer science, management information systems, or a related field. (Required) Experience 5 or more years of experience in business analytics, performing business process analysis, collecting and writing business and functional requirements, including process and data flows in support of technology investments.  (Required) Expertise specifically in E-Signature.  (Preferred) 5 or more years of work experience in banking or financial services with a focus on consumer banking.  (Preferred) 2018-10206

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
