IT - Business Services Senior Analyst - Consumer Lending

Overview Responsible for planning and designing business services within the IT Business Services Management team. The role performs business analysis with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements into documentation and conceptual design using appropriate techniques and visual models from which solutions are developed. The role troubleshoots and solves escalated issues, evaluates value of user change requests and leads the monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels. Routinely communicates with all levels of management in the business. Fully understands the underlying technologies and applications and informs business users on the capabilities of technology to solve business needs. Responsibilities Essential Duties Leads sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define solutions by identifying all the key stakeholder groups using a solution, the high level capabilities the business needs, including the depiction of data flows, and recommends solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals. Executes the writing of business and technical requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, and facilitating elicitation sessions for projects. Leads discussion with business and technology partners in identifying process improvement opportunities. Builds and fosters relationships across multiple organizations. Actively participates in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of process and technical change requests to existing services. Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer science, management information systems, or a related field. (Required) Experience 5 or more years Business Analystexperience, performing business process analysis, collecting and writing business and functional requirements, including process and data flows in support of technology investments. Excellent problem solving, planning, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, including written, verbal and presentation skills. (Required) 5 or more years Financial services sector with a working understanding of bank technology, knowledge of primary banking applications (CRIF ACTion, Laser Pro) and general banking experience. Database query tools such as SQL or similar tools and languages. Performing business process analysis, collecting, and writing business and functional requirements, including process and data flows, in support of technology investments. (Preferred) Prior experience with Consumer Lending, SQL and CRIF ACTion, Laser Pro (Strongly Preferred) 2018-10566

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
